Notepad

To run Notepad, the most powerful of all web editing tools, click on Start > Run and type in "notepad" without the quotes.  Notepad is intended for the most advanced users who build their entire sites by typing in all of the code exactly as they want it.  It is very useful for making minor changes that are too easy for more complex programs like Frontpage or Dreamweaver to do.  Notepad is also the tool of choice for PHP which is supported by InterComm's web servers.
